Firstly, I would like to praise God for giving me the opportunity to participate in Khily Bible consultant checking on the books of Matthew and John. Secondly, I would like to thank the translation team for inviting me as a native speaker. My name is Peter Tun Aung, currently living and working in Malaysia. I would like to give my testimony about the experience and feeling that I had from participating in Khily Bible consultant checking (Matthew and John). By participating in Khily Bible consultant checking, I could take more time to read the Bible especially the book of Matthew and John. Moreover, it helped me understand the deep meaning of the scriptures that I could not understand by myself. And I came to realize how the Bible is so important for life. Reading the two gospels gave me the opportunity to know more about the life and ministry of Jesus Christ which strengthened my faith and led my life in maturity. By getting involved in consultant checking, I felt happy and satisfied which I cannot express and have never felt before.  It was really wonderful experience that I could read the Bible and know the biblical names in our language. The more I read the Bible, the more I felt God was speaking to me in Khily language. It was the power of reading the Bible in my language. Therefore, I count myself blessed to take part in consultant checking. I thank God for using me and I pray that I may be able to continue to participate in this precious work. I also pray for God’s abundant blessing on translators.
